AM Toddler - 2.5 to 3 Years Old

  • Focus - Social skills with one on one play and in groups, introduction classroom projects

  • Free Play - Learning to play with others in kitchen area, at the play-dough table, blocks, floor toys etc.

  • Art / Unit Project - (During free play) finger painting, sticker collages, coloring etc. Small motor skills

  • Cleanup - Helper rings the bell, group clean up with cleanup song

  • Calendar Time - Discuss month, day, year. Letter of the week, nursery rhyme, color or shape of the week, flag salute and marching

  • Storytime / music - Friend frog stories, storybook, songs, fingerplays, dancing

  • Wash hands for snack

  • Snack or Lunch (Provided by Parents) - Social time

  • Book and puzzle time

  • Show and Tell – Listed on calendar twice a month

  • Recess - Learning to be interactive on the playground. Large motor skills
